Dr. Simi S. Massey, President
Dr. Massey is the Founder and President of MHI graduated with a Bachelors in Medicine and Surgery from Christian Medical College, Vellore. She also has a Masters in Gerontology and a Masters in Health Services Administration.
Rev. Vikram Nambiar, Vice President
Vik holds a Bachelor of Arts from Christ Church College, India; a Master of Divintiy and a Master of Arts in Religion from Westminister Theologial Seminary and a Master of Science in Patient Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University. He received ACPE Supervisory Candidacy in 2007 by the Association of Clinical Pastoral Education. He is an ordained Baptist minister and member of various chaplain organizations.Vik also served as an Associate minister and Training Coordinator for the Leadership Training Center in India.
Peter Massey, Secretary
Peter completed his Theological Education from Pathways Bible College, New Zealand and from Berkley California. He also has a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Business Administration and is a Business Entrepreneur.
Ken Johnson, Treasurer
Ken is a retired School Social Worker. He has been a leader of 9 Teen Mission International Teams. Ken has a passion for various kinds of mission work and is cuirrently involved in mission work in Guatemala.
Reginald Taylor, Treasurer
Reginald hails from Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree ( Bus. Education) from New Brunswick, Canada. He also served as a Secondary Education Teacher at Fredericton High School , later also persuing a career as an agent with Canada Life Assurance till 1976. In 1979 he graduated from Jackson College of Ministries and currently is the Owner of Healthcare Specialists, Inc. Midlothian, VA since 1996. He along with his wife Donna is serving as head elder at New Life Outreach International Church since 2008.
Dr. Ashish Surendranath, Co-founder
Ashish is one of the co-founders of Mission of Hope International.
Julie Johnson
Julie is a retired Registered Nurse and also has served as a leader along with her husband Ken in 6 Teen Mission International Teams. She has set up medical clinics in the Philippines working with YWAM. She also volunteers as a Counselor at Pregnancy Resource Center for the last several years. She loves working with Young people especially with Pre-teens. Julie and her husband Ken are parents of four married children and nine grand children.
Dr. Surendranath M.B.B.S., M.D., P.G.D.H.A.
Dr. Surendranath is a graduate of one of the premier medical colleges of India, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He did his MD from the Armed Forces Medical College, Indian Army. He has served the army for more than 28 years as a Doctor, Specialist and Administrator. He is a decorated Soldier of the Indian Army having been awarded a Gallantry Award for selfless devotion by the President of India. Dr. Surendranath retired from the Armed Forces in 1996 in order to serve Mission Hospitals in different parts of India. His administrative skills and experience has enabled him to revive some sick Mission hospitals.At present he is involved in developing a hospital project in a remote village in Eastern India. His compassion for the poor and needy has led him to be involved in health charity services. Our health Service Project is being developed under the guidance of Dr. Surendranath.
